Heavy rainfall, intermittent flooding and landslides are expected during this period. The India Meteorology Department (IMD) has issued heavy rainfall warnings (highest level on a three-tier scale) until11 Julyfor parts of West Bengal, Arunachal Pradesh, Asom (Assam), Bihar and Meghalaya states. Members should maintain flexible itineraries and reconfirm the feasibility of journeys before settings out.”
